Capital Magazine organized Thursday, June 22, the Gala Top 100 Successful Women, 2023 edition, an event dedicated to celebrating the outstanding results achieved by the nominated personalities. Among them was Mona Ursu, CEO and founder of Brandfusion, who received the award for international recognition of performance in brand design.

Brandfusion won gold in March at Transform Awards Europe 2023, a competition dedicated to premiering excellence in brand development, reputation management and rebranding, participating with the rebranding project for the local food supplement brand Adams Supplementsin the category “Best visual identity in the FMCG sector”.
“This year started out great. The Brandfusion team lifted the prestigious gold trophy at the 14th edition of the international Transform Awards Europe competition, despite having as rivals the giant Mars Wrigley and the legendary Cheetos. Also this year we are going to step through a brand created by us from scratch, in the huge market in the USA and Canada. It's our year!“, said Mona Ursu, CEO and founder of Brandfusion, in an interview with Capital magazine.
This year's award joins the previous two achieved at the REBRAND 100 Global Awards, which confirms an exceptional journey, but which has not lacked challenges. “The biggest challenge I faced during my 32-year career was not about developing my branding or advertising skills, but about building a skills business from scratch in an extremely fragile niche: brand design“, explained Mona Ursu.
The remarkable results achieved over time have strengthened the identity of the company. “I am very proud that Brandfusion is now a model of professionalism and dedication in the field of branding and that we have never abandoned our philosophy of adding value to a business through the brand,” said Mona Ursu.
It is a business philosophy that is also found in the “recipe” for personal success:”For me, success is the measure of fulfillment as a human being, and I define it in close connection with the ability to focus on your own values and follow your principles, regardless of the obstacles encountered.
