Part of the Riviera Works portfolio, Garden.ro was born out of the desire to transform the way users interact with the tools and equipment needed for outdoor work. Through an intuitive platform and new brand identity, we empowered the vision behind the brand — to create a modern, fresh and practical virtual space dedicated to improving the efficiency of outdoor work.

Through an intuitive platform and an extensive product portfolio, the brand aspires to inspire and support users in all their gardening and agriculture related projects.
The Business Challenge
The main challenge for Garden.ro was to enter a competitive market for tools and power tools intended for gardening and agriculture. The aim was to provide effective and complete solutions, convincing users that by using the right tools, both the work done and the efficiency of the earth can reach a new level of performance. Through branding, the store aims to position itself as a trusted partner for all those who work the land, whether amateur or professional, while promoting sustainable and efficient agriculture.
The strategic approach
In the beginning of the strategy phase, we aimed, first of all, to learn more about the category and about the target audience - the business partners that lead to the development of the company. At the same time, we wanted to understand what key benefits and peculiarities they pursue, as well as what common perceptions and attributes already indirectly offer existing product brands. Once defined, these coordinates provided the foundation for the Riviera Works brand and served as the inspiration for its new identity.
Branding solution
We approached Garden.ro branding starting from the peculiarities of the target audience and from the fundamental values of the brand: efficiency, sustainability and closeness to nature. We have thus distilled the vision and attributes that distinguish the Garden.ro brand in the form of the brand slogan “The Earth catches strength”, which conveys the power that Garden.ro tools and equipment offer to users to improve and streamline work in the garden and farm.
In developing our visual identity, we drew inspiration from the textures and colors of nature, creating a modular, modern and vibrant logo that reflects our passion for the land and nature. We have used shades of green and brown to highlight the connection with the outside environment, and natural textures such as those of earth, wood and plants bring an authentic and close touch to nature. The letter characters that make up the wordmark have been carefully customized, keeping a clear and accessible style that suggests solidity and reliability.
Along with a balanced color palette and modern font family, the visual identity created highlights the brand's characteristics and its promise to bring the force of nature within everyone's reach. All these identity elements have translated into the brand communication and UI of the online store, ensuring a coherent and attractive experience for users.
